Reservations

All online reservations are subject to availability and become valid only after successful payment of a 40% deposit via Worldline Payment Services.

The remaining 60% of the reservation amount is payable upon arrival at D’Or Beach Club.

Reservations are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.

Guests must present their booking confirmation and a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Arrival Policy

Reserved rental units are guaranteed until 12:00 PM on the reservation date.

If guests fail to arrive by 12:00 PM, the reserved unit will be automatically released.

If availability allows, D’Or Beach Club will gladly accommodate late-arriving guests and the previously paid deposit will be credited towards another available unit.

Payment

Online payments are securely processed through Worldline Payment Services.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm every online booking.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

The 40% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Refunds will only be granted if D’Or Beach Club is officially closed or is unable to provide the booked service due to operational reasons or force majeure.

If D’Or Beach Club is open and operating normally, no refund will be granted in cases of cancellation, no-show, late arrival, illness, travel changes, or weather conditions that do not prevent the venue from operating.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are served only to persons aged 18 years or older in accordance with Croatian law.

D’Or Beach Club reserves the right to request valid identification.

Alcohol service may be refused to intoxicated guests.

Venue Rules

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Portable Bluetooth speakers and any personal sound systems are prohibited.
• Pets are welcome within the venue but are not permitted on rented daybeds, cabanas or VIP furniture.
• Professional photography, commercial filming and drone usage require prior written approval.
• Weapons, illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

D’Or Beach Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving inappropriately, without refund.

Weather Policy

Reservations remain valid during normal weather conditions, including wind, clouds or light rain.

Sea conditions or temporary swimming restrictions do not constitute grounds for a refund if the venue remains open.

Refunds are only available if D’Or Beach Club officially closes due to severe weather.

Minimum Consumption

Any applicable minimum consumption for a VIP Booth, Table in the Sea or other premium area is non-refundable.

If guests decide to leave earlier or do not consume the full minimum amount, the unused balance cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged.

Liability

Guests use the venue at their own risk.

D’Or Beach Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Payments are securely processed by Worldline Payment Services.

Force Majeure

D’Or Beach Club shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other force majeure events.

Right to Modify

D’Or Beach Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, venue layout and operational procedures without prior notice.

Food & Beverage Policy

Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing outside food or beverages into D’Or Beach Club.

All food and beverages consumed within the venue must be purchased from D’Or Beach Club.

Exceptions may only be made for baby food or medically necessary dietary items, subject to prior approval by management.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without any refund.

Privacy Policy & GDPR

D’Or Beach Club is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its guests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Croatian legislation.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that D’Or Beach Club may collect and process personal data required for:

• Processing reservations and online payments
• Guest identification upon arrival
• Communication regarding reservations and customer support
• Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations
• Improving customer service and guest experience

Personal data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary for payment processing or reservation management.

Online payments are securely processed through Worldline Payment Services. D’Or Beach Club does not store or have access to guests’ complete payment card details.

Guests may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of their personal data, as well as exercise any other rights granted under the GDPR.
